Looking at off road caravans for sale in Brisbane? A genuine off road van is more than a sticker, and it starts underneath: independent coil suspension, a chassis built for corrugations, and clearance that keeps the floor off the track. Every off road van here is Australian made and sitting on our yard at Burpengary, north of Brisbane, just off the Bruce Highway.
We will tell you straight whether an off road van suits how you actually travel. If your trips are blacktop and caravan parks, a semi off road van can save you real money and towing weight. That honesty costs us sales sometimes. We are fine with that.

What our owners say
“A BIG thanks to the Sunrise team at Burpengary. We are absolutely stoked with our new 18'9 Wildtrekker. Steve, Anita and Mel have made it possible. The team have gone above and beyond to build and deliver our beautiful off road van on time. Glen and Nick in the workshop were awesome with the handover process. You too can follow your dreams — go and talk to Sunrise Caravans!”
Topcat and Karen, QLD on Google
“I purchased a 2022 Sunset Wildtrekker from a third party and reached out to Sunrise Caravans for some assistance. Despite not buying directly from them, the team were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to support me. Their knowledge of the product and willingness to help was outstanding. Highly recommend dealing with Sunrise Caravans — they genuinely care about their customers, even if you didn't buy from them directly.”
Darrin, QLD on ProductReview
“We looked at countless caravans over four years, but Sunrise vans always stood out for their quality, style, and value for money. We took delivery of our beautiful Sunrise Bahamas and want to thank Anita, Steve and Glen for making the purchase of our first caravan such a happy and exciting experience.”

FAQs
Straight Answers
Independent suspension so each wheel moves on its own, a stronger chassis, better ground clearance, and off grid power so you can camp away from powered sites. "Off road" is not a regulated term, so ask what suspension is fitted and whether corrugated roads are covered by warranty, and get it in writing.
It depends on your vehicle's GVM and payload, not just its towing capacity. Ball weight comes off your car's payload before you load a single bag. Use our towing guide, or bring your ute's details in and we will do the sums with you before you commit.
